We are a participating or preferred provider with many common insurance companies. Some of these are:
- Aetna HMO, PPO, EPO
- Blue Cross HMO and PPO plans, including Carefirst, BlueChoice, Federal, State, and County Plans and National Accounts, and Medicare Advantage
- Cigna PPO plans (including Healthspring Medicare Advantage)
- GEHA
- Great West
- MAMSI plans – MDIPA, Optimum Choice, Alliance
- Traditional Medicare as well as many Medicare Advantage plans
- Tricare (not all plans)
- Unicare
- United Healthcare (including Medicare Advantage)
Although we will make a good faith effort to answer questions regarding insurance coverage or out of pocket expenses, only your insurance company can definitively provide information regarding the expenses that will or will not be covered. If you have any questions regarding your insurance plan, your insurance company is the best source of information.
We do participate in some Managed Care Organizations associated with Maryland Medicaid, including UnitedHealthcare Community plan, UnitedHealthcare Dual Complete, and Wellpoint (formerly Amerigroup).
